Product Details
Red dot sights let you keep both eyes open and put the dot on target quickly — ideal for handguns, shotguns, AR-type rifles and fast-moving game. A 6 MOA dot covers about 6 inches at 100 yards. Vortex Optics is an American company known for quality optics across every price range.
- Dot size: 6 MOA
Check that the sight’s mounting footprint matches your pistol’s optic cut or your rail, and use a thread-locker on the mounting screws.
Keep spare batteries on hand and zero the dot with the ammunition you will be using.
Good optics are only as good as their mounting. Use quality rings and bases, keep screws torqued to specification and check your zero regularly, especially after travelling. Clean lenses gently with a soft brush and lens cloth, never with a shirt or tissue.
